【Usage】

• Add the exclusive water-based yellow and orange mill base of our company directly to this water-based varnish to mix needed colors. At the same time, adjust the viscosity to about 16 S (TU-4 cup). Keep the viscosity unchanged when printing. Dilute by alcohol: water 1:1.To avoid bad condition happening, you should mix while adding.
• You should consider synthetically the temperature of the oven and the length of the drying tunnel and the speed when printing. You are advised to set the temperature to 75℃,95℃,95℃ and 80℃. For the standard of complete curing, no transformation and excellent gloss, the drying tunnel should be more than 6M and the speed less than 90M/ Min.
